These terms cover the use of this website and the quotes we provide through it. They are not the full contract for an installation — that is the written agreement you sign before work begins.

Quotes and estimates
Prices shown or discussed online are indicative. A binding price is issued only after an on-site measure, in writing, and it stays valid for 30 days. Quotes assume standard access to the openings and sound framing; if we uncover rot, structural damage or asbestos, we stop, tell you, and re-quote before continuing.
Orders, deposits and cancellation
Windows and doors are manufactured to your exact openings, so an order cannot be cancelled once it has gone into production. Your written agreement sets out the deposit, the balance and your statutory cooling-off rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act.
Installation
We agree a date in advance and protect floors and furnishings while we work. Weather may move exterior work; we will tell you as early as we can. Please make the openings accessible and secure pets during the visit.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty; our installation carries our own workmanship guarantee. Both are given to you in writing with the final invoice. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, alterations by others, or lack of basic maintenance.
Permits
Like-for-like replacement does not require a permit. Where an opening is enlarged or created we will tell you before work starts, prepare the paperwork and coordinate the inspection. Permit fees are payable by the property owner.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for a project is limited to the value of that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
